Accurate records
Technical results, inspection records and programme reports must describe what was actually measured or completed. Unfavorable findings remain part of the record.
Conflicts and commercial conduct
Staff and suppliers must declare relationships that could influence an award, technical decision or inspection. Undisclosed payments, gifts and side arrangements have no place in a programme decision.
Respect and safety
People must be able to raise a safety or conduct concern without pressure to stay silent. Managers are responsible for making that route usable and keeping a reported concern separate from retaliation.
Customer and supplier information
Use confidential information only for the work it was supplied to support. Access, distribution and retention follow the programme’s agreed responsibilities.
Responsibility in the operating chain
Autonomous engineering and industrial work must retain a clear accountable programme authority, approved purpose and record of material decisions. Continuum executes the work; management and customer authorities remain responsible for the scope they approve. Machine capability does not permit an unapproved use.
