A plan that can be executed

Continuum connects approved requirements, engineering models and configuration records to the robots and machines performing the work. It schedules tasks against available tooling, materials, energy, equipment state and service commitments. It is the operating layer across Twenty46’s autonomous industrial workforce.

Specialized bodies, shared coordination

Assembly manipulators, transport carriers, optical alignment instruments and service crawlers do different jobs. Continuum assigns tasks to the machine suited to the geometry and environment; tooling, anchor points and electrical supply remain part of the plan. A general instruction does not create a missing tool or material.

Evidence through the whole configuration

Design evaluation, fabrication measurements, integrated test results and field-service records stay attached to the affected configuration. Failed checks hold the relevant operation and preserve the finding. A change in design is carried through manufacturing and support rather than left in a separate model.

Boundaries of responsibility

Customer authorities and Twenty46 programme leadership approve purpose, operating limits and commitments. Continuum executes within that approved scope and routes unresolved decisions to the accountable authority. Local control systems retain their own protective functions. Orchestration is not a replacement for physical protection, independent assurance or customer consent.

Deployment and continuity

Programme packages define the connected facilities and equipment, permitted local execution, communications dependencies and recovery procedures. Available power, material supply and physical access constrain service capacity. A disconnected site continues only the work supported by its local configuration.
